While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we are happy to assist you if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item. In such cases, your order will be eligible for an exchange only—refunds will not be processed.

Exchange Process:

If an exchange is approved due to damage or wrong item, a replacement will be sent.

In case the requested exchange is unavailable, a Coupon/Gift Code may be issued, valid for future purchases in next 3 months.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.

Orders will only be canceled if Stylzaa is unable to fulfill them due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
